
Amber was born and raised in the northeastern part of the U.S. It was during these formative years that she dedicated herself to education and cultivated her talents. As a member of the National Honors Society and ranking officer in student government, she went on to graduate third in her class. Prior to her high school graduation she received numerous academic scholarships to colleges and universities in her state. She selected her college of choice and went on to complete her undergraduate degree in economics with a minor in spanish on a four–year academic scholarship. She later went on to earn a master's in business administration.
Upon graduation, Amber was employed at Bloomberg L.P. as a data analyst and later as a team leader with responsibility for a broad range of research activities, including examination of domestic and Eurobond floating rate notes and dividends on preferred stocks. She later joined Weiss Research, Inc. as a financial research analyst and then moved into her current role of product manager overseeing the production of two Weiss publications.
Amber conducts personal finance seminars where she provides concepts to attain overall financial health and has been a guest on Traders Nation and KFNN radio programs discussing personal finance strategies.
As a trained opera singer, she has performed in opera productions including Die Fledermaus, Faust, and The Barber of Seville. In her spare time, she enjoys singing for groups and special events. In addition to music, Amber also spends time writing works of fiction. She is an avid traveler and has been to most places in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and most other countries in the Caribbean as well.
Amber enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and credits her mother as the most influential person in her life.
