What a difference a month makes. In February and March, the Nasdaq 100 seemed to lose its touch. It lagged the other major stock indexes, particularly the small-cap Russell 2000. Shares of our risk-on vehicle, ProShares Ultra QQQ (NYSE: QLD), suffered a 23% drawdown.
