As I introduced last week’s discussion on whipsaws, I shared how one of the key advantages of systematic investment strategies like our market-timing model is that they give us crystal-clear buy and sell signals.

In short, these are a natural feature of systematic investment strategies — particularly ones that flip between being “long” and “short” the market.
