Welcome to another PRO Day! We’ve already had some action this week when the Apex Calendar signaled it was time to close out our top-rated homebuilder stock, Cavco Industries Inc. (CVCO). I’m happy to report that, based on our official opening and closing prices, we captured an 8% gain on the stock in less than a month!

I hope everyone has had a good start to their first full week of May! While it’s not officially PRO Day yet, I do have a move to make as our Apex Calendar has signaled a trade to make today. It’s been another tumultuous week in the market, with all three major indexes still trying to find solid footing after President Donald Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariff announcement. As I write, the S&P 500 has been down about 6% over the last 22 trading days (roughly one month). Thus far, our Green Zone Fortunes PRO Rogue and Apex model portfolios have held up well (we’ll dive into this more during tomorrow’s PRO Live Day).

Welcome to another PRO Day! And it’s another busy one… Today, we’ll discuss our latest Rogue Portfolio recommendation and some actions to take regarding Apex Calendar positions.

In July 2024, Adam and I recommended buying shares in a company specializing in producing haptic technology. Haptics make your phone vibrate when it rings or jolt your steering wheel when your car is drifting out of its lane. What made Immersion Corp. (IMMR) even more attractive was the fact that it had more than 1,000 worldwide issued or pending patents in the haptics market — giving it a huge advantage over its competition.
