Last week marked a critical turning point for the stock market at large, and in turn, is likely to set fire under a portion of our Green Zone Fortunes model portfolio… It all started with Thursday’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) reading. The index’s year-over-year change came in at 3%, which was both lower than projections and May’s year-over-year reading.

Palantir Technologies Inc. (NYSE: PLTR) has long been one of the market’s most misunderstood tech companies. As I explained when I initially recommended the stock on March 28, PLTR specializes in what’s called “Closed AI.” That means its systems and programming code are a closely guarded secret, unlike ChatGPT or other OpenAI projects.
