Before I share our action to take, I have a programming note. Our usual weekly issue of Home Run Profits will resume on Tuesday, August 24. I’m meeting off-site with my team this week. We’re planning the upcoming launch of a new options-trading strategy I’ve perfected (behind the scenes) this year.

This week, I recommend we close two of our positions. See, we have seven open positions at the moment — and that’s right around our max. When I first launched this options-trading service (then called Cycle 9 Alert), in 2012, I vowed to make it realistically accessible to anyone who wanted to trade it.

We have a new action to take this week. CVS Health Corp. (NYSE: CVS) needs little introduction. The ubiquitous health services juggernaut just placed in the Top 10 of Fortune’s Global 500 list. With more than $256 billion in 2020 revenue, it ranks just behind Apple as the seventh-largest revenue generator in the world.

Today, we’ll focus on the oldest and newest positions in our well-balanced portfolio. I recommended buying $100-strike call options on transportation company Expeditors International of Washington (Nasdaq: EXPD) on March 9. That makes this position the oldest one on our books. And that’s excellent … because the stock turned into a “runner!”

The health care sector (XLV) earned the top spot on our Leaders & Laggards Board this week.
