After running the numbers, Chief Research Analyst Matt Clark and I have determined there are no Wednesday Windfalls trades this week. Of the 15 ETFs used in the strategy, only two closed up on Friday. While both were down today, their relative strength index (RSI) readings were well above our comfort zone. The RSI measures the speed and change of price movements in stocks.
