I launched this service in 2012 on a simple premise: sector “cycles.” While I don’t believe that cycles in the market are preordained, meaning that we can forecast the upcoming peaks or troughs… It’s undeniable that each sector goes through periods when it underperforms the market, and periods when it outperforms.

Let’s take a moment today to celebrate an important milestone for our Max Profit Alert community… We locked in a profit on our 10th put-write position last Tuesday. More specifically, that closing trade made for the 10th profitable put-write position out of 10 positions total!

Growing up, my grandfather used to tell us, “There’s more than one way to skin a cat.” Horrible saying. But in life, it’s true that there are usually many paths to the same destination.

I’m not recommending any new trades today. Instead, we’ll review the progress of our four open positions – two are bullish long calls (FAST, LRCX) and two are bullish short puts (XYZ, PGR). We’ll go in chronological order, from oldest entry date to the most recent one, starting with FAST.

Last Monday, Novo Nordisk cut ties with Hims & Hers Health (HIMS) after only two months, triggering a 35% price crash for HIMS stock and a war of words between the two company’s leadership.
