A few housekeeping notes as we start this first week of May… First, we won’t be holding our Monday trade room session this week. However, we will still issue our Wednesday Windfalls Trade Alert at 2 p.m. ET today. So watch your inbox for those trades!

Today’s note is going to be brief as I’m out of the office working on some exciting developments (more on that soon). With a “full boat” of positions in the Max Profit Alert model portfolio, we’re in a holding pattern while the market’s choppy trading continues.

Thank you to all who attended our monthly Max Profit Alert live session this morning! I had a great time interacting with you all and answering your questions in real time. We covered a lot in today’s session, including an overview of our current positions in the Max Profit Alert model portfolio. We touched on the prospects for SU, OPRA, XBI and our oldest position in the portfolio, our put option contracts on KRE, the regional bank ETF.

We have a “full boat” of positions in our portfolio, ranging from the bearish position on regional banks we established last August … to the bullish position on a Canadian oil & gas company we put on just last week. I’m not recommending any new actions to take today.
