It’s Thursday, which means it’s “PRO” Day. This week’s issue of Green Zone Fortunes PRO will be a little different. This time, you get to dictate the content as Adam and I reach into our mailbag and answer your questions.

It’s Thursday, and that means it’s “PRO” Day. The biggest news in the market this week may be flying under the radar… Small-cap stocks are surging. As of Wednesday’s close, the Russell 2000 index has outperformed tech stocks in 10 of the last 11 trading sessions. (I’ll tell you why this is important in a second.)
