It’s been a minute… Adam handed me the reigns for this month’s Green Zone Fortunes issue — and for good reason: We’re adding a new income recommendation to the model portfolio. You’ll rarely find former President Donald Trump “sitting on the fence.” He favors absolutes, as if his view is judge, jury and executioner. But in mid-2017, he was hesitant to pick a “winner,” for lack of a better word, in the violent skirmish between what I’ll call “alt-right” and “alt-left” mobs in Charlottesville, Virginia. Essentially, he said that “both sides” included some “very fine people.” I dig this up today not to make a judgment on whether or not there were truly “fine people” involved in the fight.
