Tomorrow’s the big day… After years of anticipation, Elon Musk’s space exploration company SpaceX (SPCX) will finally become a public company. Its IPO, valued at an estimated $1.75 trillion, would mark the largest in history. This immediately raises the question of whether I’ll be recommending SpaceX here in 10X Stocks.

Back in October, I recommended buying shares of Lightwave Logic (LWLG) as a play on President Donald Trump’s administration making a major push into nuclear energy. Well, the call was spot on. As I write this, LWLG shares are up over 197%. Typically, I recommend selling half of a position once it’s up 100%. LWLG was first introduced in our “The Nvidia D.C. Small-Cap Convergence” special report, and now it’s time to apply our standard profit-taking discipline.

Let’s get started with a quick word on SkyWater Technology (SKYT). Earlier this year, quantum computing leader IonQ (IONQ) agreed to acquire SkyWater for $35 per share in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.8 billion. A shareholder vote is scheduled for May 8, and if approved, SkyWater shareholders will receive $15 in cash plus $20.00 in IonQ common stock.

400 gigawatts. That’s the nuclear energy target President Donald Trump’s administration has set for the United States by 2050. To put that in perspective, it’s four times the country’s current total capacity.

Most investors don’t really get AI. They might use ChatGPT or Grok, or at least have a basic understanding of what generative AI looks like. But they don’t really understand how it works… and they certainly don’t grasp what’s coming next. There is a limit to what a large language model like ChatGPT can do. It can’t drive a car… or lift a heavy box. It can’t pilot a drone… or really do anything in the physical world.
