Of the 15 ETFs used in the strategy, only two closed up on Friday. While both were down today, their relative strength index (RSI) readings were well above our comfort zone. The RSI measures the speed and change of price movements in stocks.

Today, I’m recommending you sell your bullish call options on two positions – the iShares 7-10 year Treasury Bond ETF (NYSE: IEF) and the iShares MSCI Japan ETF (NYSE: EWJ). We’ll take a loss on both, which, of course, is never fun. Losses always hurts a little, but through disciplined position-sizing and maintenance of a positive mentality our performance over time continues to be “up and to the right.”
